Rent storage units in Kalispell & the Flathead Valley, MT

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month
• We do NOT invoice unless you are past due
• We will prorate your rental amount if you rent in the middle of a month
• A security deposit equal to one months rent is due at the time of rental
• Security deposit may be refundable if the unit is broomed clean at the end of your rental
• No mail is received at the site location
• Our Electronic Security Gate is closed at all times
• You will be provided a gate code at time of rental
• Customers who are current on their rent may open the gate between the hours of 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week
• Our gate is monitored by a security surveillance camera
• We recommend you install a high quality lock on your rental unit
• We do NOT provide locks NOR do we verify that your unit is locked
• All property stored within your rental unit is at your sole risk
• We are NOT responsible for theft, damage or vandalism
• We recommend that you obtain insurance coverage for items stored within your rental unit
